OUR HISTORY
The origins of Oceanic Global Group (Oceanic Global) go back to 1977 when one of the co-founders began its worldwide activity supervising engineering structures during the construction of the Bandar Abbas port in the Persian Gulf, Iran. Our team has supervised the construction of the 13 kilometres long water supply system in Rieti and the construction of 11 kilometres long railway tunnel in Florence in central Italy. The next job was undertaken in Venezuela, assisting the construction of the underground subway in Caracas. In South America we also took part in the construction of the 250 metres high Guavio dam in Colombia. Many more jobs were completed in South America and Europe since the year 2000 when we decide to move our core business to South East Asia. Currently we are developing private residential properties such as apartment condominium units and private villas in Phuket Island, Thailand. The Oceanic Group is made up of a team of experienced and enthusiastic people who are passionate about and dedicated to their work. Oceanic Global is divided into various sections, each responsible for one project. For instance, Oceanic Global Co. Ltd. owns the property “Kata Ocean View Residence”, an attractive block of eight residential apartments with sea view completed last October 2007. Next, Oceanic Global Living Co. Ltd. owns the property “Kata Ocean View Condominium – Phase #1”, a complex of 24 sea view apartments with pool. This project will be completed and the keys handed over to the new owners by November 2008. Lastly, Oceanic Global Estate Co., Ltd. owns our latest project “Kata Ocean View Condominium – Phase #2” the 19 sea view apartments with pool to be completed by November 2009.
